Assessment and planning tools
Assessment responses and charter or rework-calculator inputs are processed in your browser tab. This version does not send those inputs to our server, place them in URL query strings or save them to browser local storage. A downloaded file remains wherever you save it. Closing or reloading the page clears the in-memory tool state.
Project inquiries
When enabled, the inquiry form collects your name, email, organisation, selected service/context, message and affirmative inquiry consent. These details are used to assess and respond to your project inquiry. The form does not request file uploads, payment details or sensitive records. Do not include confidential client information, account credentials or other sensitive information.
How inquiries are handled
Initial inquiries are handled by our central operations team at info@repyyc.com. The connected intake uses Cloudflare infrastructure and stores accepted inquiries in the operations database and sends an internal alert using Resend. This website’s intake does not create a CRM contact or subscribe you to marketing. Submitting the form is not consent to a newsletter. Service providers may process information outside Canada; no Canadian-only storage commitment is made.
Technical information
Cloudflare and the hosting environment process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. The inquiry endpoint uses a rate limit based on the requesting IP address. This build does not add advertising pixels, session replay, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. Infrastructure processing is distinct from the tool answers that stay in your browser.
Questions, access and retention
Contact info@repyyc.com with a privacy question or request concerning an inquiry. Do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial email. Inquiry records are subject to the operator’s retention and legal requirements; this preview does not promise a fixed deletion period. Before a consulting engagement, the contracting party, data handling, access and retention terms must be separately confirmed.

Official-source links and AIGovernance.ca are external websites with their own practices. This notice describes version 2026-10-13.1, reviewed 13 October 2026. The notice must be updated when the site’s actual processing changes.
